What you'll need
- An owner or admin account. The Billing tab is hidden from everyone else, and opening its address shows
Workspace admins only.
Open Settings and choose Billing
In Settings, choose the Billing tab.
Read the plan and the billing period
Under Plan & usage, a badge names your current plan, and the line beside the heading gives the Billing period.
Check your seats
Seats shows how many are used out of how many you have. The line under it counts active members and pending invites, because invites count toward seats.
Check your credits
Credits shows how many you have used this month out of your ceiling. A line at the bottom of the card gives the included amount. Assistant turns, capture sync, scans and transcription all draw on it.
Act on a banner
If a banner appears, read it first. Usage limit reached lists which meter is full. Workspace frozen means all usage is denied.
Result: you know your plan, how full your seats and credits are, and when the allowance resets.
For plan names, prices and what each includes, see Pricing. To change plan or seats, see Change your plan or cancel.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a seat?
Every active member and every pending invitation. Seats cannot go below that total.
What happens when credits run out?
RareMachine shows “Usage limit reached”. Metered work pauses until the monthly allowance resets or you move to a plan with a larger one.
What does Workspace frozen mean?
A freeze is an administrative stop on all usage. Changing plan does not remove it, so contact support.
Where do I compare plans?
On the Pricing page. Plan names, prices and allowances are listed there and nowhere else, so they stay current.
