What you'll need
- An owner or admin account.
Open Analytics and choose a period
In the sidebar, choose Analytics. Open the period menu at the top right and pick Last 14 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days.
Read the Capture tab
Leads captured shows the total for the period and how it compares with the period before. Under it, a chart shows leads per day.
Check the sync panel
The Sync to panel, named after your CRM, shows the share of leads that are in the CRM, and a row for each state that has leads, such as Synced, Failed to sync, Awaiting approval and Draft. Select a row to open those captures.
See who captured what
Leads by rep ranks your team by leads captured. Below it, Sources, Events and Tags break the same leads down.
Look at assistant activity and usage
The Assistant tab counts assistant turns and successful CRM actions, by day and by member. The Usage tab shows your Workspace credits for the current month, and the assistant turns each member used.
Result: you know how many leads came in, how many were sent on, and where any got stuck.
Frequently asked questions
Who can see Analytics?
Owners and admins. Anyone else sees “Analytics is available to workspace owners and admins.”
Why does the Usage tab ignore the period menu?
Usage counts the current calendar month in UTC, not a window you choose, so the period menu is replaced there by the month's dates.
Why is a lead listed as Draft here and Not sent in Captures?
They are the same state. The sync panel here says Draft, and Captures says Not sent, for a lead that has not been sent to your CRM.
