RareMachine has four plans, priced in US dollars and billed monthly. Free costs $0 and gives one person the WhatsApp CRM assistant, one digital business card, one CRM connection (HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Frappe CRM) and a full audit trail. Premium costs $9.99 a month for one person and adds AI contact enrichment, event campaigns, lead capture and meeting backgrounds. Business costs $6.99 per seat per month: you choose how many seats, change the number any time, and get a shared CRM connection, workspace-wide tags and event attribution, analytics and admin controls. Enterprise is priced by contract, with volume pricing, invoice billing and dedicated onboarding. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance shared by the workspace, plus a separate enrichment allowance. When an allowance runs out, metered work pauses; there are no automatic overage charges.
