One click turns your digital business card into a branded background for Zoom, Teams or Meet. The QR code always opens your live card, and the name and title printed on the image are read fresh every time somebody downloads it.
One background per card, on purpose
A background belongs to a specific card, not to you in the abstract. If you carry two cards — say, one per product line — each gets its own independent background. Regenerating never overwrites an old one; it makes a new background alongside it, the same way the tools we researched actually work.
Composited fresh, not stamped once
Most tools we looked at burn your name and title into the image the day you make it, so a title change means making a new background from scratch. Ours reads your card's current name, title and company at the moment of every download — change your card once, and the next download already reflects it.
Nothing to manage, nothing saved
Pick a card, pick a photo from the gallery, place the QR code, download. There's no background record sitting in a database afterward to edit, lock or clean up later — the exact same file you previewed is the one you get, generated fresh from your card's current data every time.
What this doesn't do yet
Worth knowing before you switch, rather than after.
- No live-camera background. This is a downloadable image you set in your meeting client, the same as every competitor we checked — nothing here plugs into a live camera feed.
- One size, not one per platform. A single 16:9 image works across Zoom, Teams and Meet. We don’t generate separately-sized exports per platform, because none of the products we researched do either.
- No scan analytics for the background itself. Scanning the QR code opens your live card page, which today carries no view tracking of its own — so the background doesn’t add any either.
- Bundled images only, for now. Uploading your own background photo depends on our central file-storage service, which is still being built. The twenty bundled photos are fully supported today.
