## What you'll need

- An owner or admin account.

  1. **Open Audit**
In the sidebar, choose **Audit**. The page opens on the **Changes** tab, newest first, grouped by day.

  2. **Read a row**
Each row is one sentence, such as who captured a lead or added a note. Select the arrow at the end of a row to see its details. Where it applies, a link opens the capture or the record in your CRM.

  3. **Switch tabs for other kinds of entry**
**Data access** lists CRM searches and lookups. **System** lists automatic steps.

  4. **Narrow the list**
Use **All categories**, **Anyone**, **Any outcome** and **Date range** to filter. Choose **Clear** to start again.

  5. **Page back through history**
At the foot of the list, choose **Older entries**. **Latest entries** takes you back to the newest.

Result: you can see what happened, who did it and whether it succeeded.

## Outcome labels

A plain success has no label. Everything else carries a word.

- **Failed**: the action did not complete.
- **Denied**: the action was not allowed.
- **Rejected**: a person chose Reject on an approval.
- **Not decided**: an approval was asked for and nobody has answered.
- **Decided later**: the request is inside the dates you chose, but its answer falls outside them.

When RareMachine support acts on your workspace, the entry says so under **Done by**, in the category **RareMachine support**.
