# Create your account and workspace

Sign up, set up your workspace and connect your CRM in one setup flow.

## What you'll need

- A work email address, or a Google account.
- Permission to connect your CRM (HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Frappe).
- The phone you capture from, with WhatsApp on it, for the last setup step.

## Set up your workspace

  1. **Open the sign-up page**
   Go to [Create your account](/sign-up).

  2. **Choose how to sign in**
   Choose **Continue with Google**, or enter your **Email** and choose **Send a magic link**, then open the link we email you. To use a password, choose **Use a password instead**, fill in **Name**, **Email** and **Password**, choose **Create account**, then open the verification link we email you.

  3. **Enter your company website**
   In **Company website**, type your site address and choose **Find my brand**. RareMachine fills in your company name, brand colour and logo from the site. If you would rather not look up a site, use the link next to **Find my brand** to type a company name by hand.

  4. **Check the details**
   Confirm **Company name** and **Brand colour**, then choose **Continue**.

       **Note:** New members need a company email by default. You can change this later in Workspace settings.

  5. **Connect your CRM**
   On **Connect your CRM**, choose **Connect HubSpot**, **Connect Frappe** or **Connect Zoho CRM**, then follow your CRM's own screens. The steps for each are in [Connect HubSpot](/help/crm-connections/connect-hubspot), [Connect Zoho CRM](/help/crm-connections/connect-zoho) and [Connect Frappe](/help/crm-connections/connect-frappe).

  6. **Choose WhatsApp**
   On **Where does your team message from?**, choose **Connect** next to WhatsApp.

  7. **Link your own number**
   On **Link your own WhatsApp number**, follow [Link your WhatsApp number](/help/getting-started/link-your-whatsapp-number). To do it later, choose **Skip WhatsApp setup for now**.

Result: the last screen says your CRM is connected and shows a live count read from your CRM. Choose **Go to dashboard** to finish.

## Frequently asked questions

### What if my company already has a workspace?

Setup shows Your organisation already uses RareMachine. Ask your workspace admin to invite your email address, or choose Use a different account.

### I have an invitation. Do I still create a workspace?

Open the invitation email and accept it instead. If setup offers a choice, choose the button that starts with Join, followed by your workspace name.

### Can I skip the CRM step?

No. Setup moves on only once a CRM is connected, because the later steps rely on it.

### Can I belong to more than one workspace?

No. A RareMachine account belongs to one workspace, and colleagues join yours by invitation.
