Updated 27 Oct 2026 · Admin and member

## What you'll need

- A card that is live. See [Create your card](/help/digital-cards/create-your-card).
- Email signatures switched on by an admin.

## Build and install your signature

  1. **Open Email signatures**
In the sidebar, choose **Email signatures**. The preview shows your signature in a sample email.

  2. **Choose a template**
Under **Templates**, choose one of **Classic**, **Brand panel**, **Sign-off**, **Bold** or **Minimal**.

  3. **Set the look**
On the **Design** tab, choose the **Accent**, **Typeface**, **Size** and **Photo shape** you want.

  4. **Choose what shows**
On the **Content** tab, switch details such as **Phone**, **Email**, **Headline**, **Photo** and **Company logo** on or off. Turn on **Sign-off line** to add a closing line.

  5. **Pick a call to action**
On the **Call to action** tab, choose **Save my contact**, **QR code to your card** or **Nothing**.

**Note:** A call to action links to your card, so it needs an active card.

  6. **Copy the signature**
Choose **Copy signature**. Your changes save by themselves as you make them.

  7. **Paste it into your mail app**
Under **Add it to your mail app**, choose **Gmail**, **Outlook**, **Apple Mail** or **Other** and follow the steps listed there.

**Tip:** Changed your card? Copy the signature again and replace the old one in your mail app.

Result: new emails from your mail app carry the signature you built, with your current details from your card.
